Quiet Room Area Head
The Quiet Room is a place for Arisia attendees to take a break from the noise, crowds, and the bright lights.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating room setup needs with Arisia Hotel staff prior to convention
- Verifying correct room setup at con
- Coordinating and scheduling of Quiet Room staff
- Opening and/or closing Quiet Room or delegating open/close duties to Quiet Room staff
- Monitoring Quiet Room space during shift
- Answering any Quiet Room related questions.
