Fan Tables Area Head
The Fan Tables Area Head helps coordinate the distribution of display and info tables for various fan groups and organizations
at Arisia.
Pre-Con:
* Manage and vett requests for fan tables for fan groups
* Recruit fan groups for fan tables if needed
* Assign fan groups to tables and locations in the Arisia Fan Table area
At-Con:
* Setup tables in Fan Table area
* Check-in with fan group tables at con and address any needs they have
Post-Con
* Break down tables and load-out
At-con, Email-heavy, Independent, Post-con, Pre-con, Public-facing
